En cualquier caso una cosa es segura : el escenario libio es diferente de los escenarios tunecino o egipcio. Allí era “un pueblo unido contra un tirano”. Aquí estamos en una guerra civil, con un Gadafi que cuenta con el apoyo de una parte de la población. Y en esta guerra civil el papel que han jugado los servicios secretos americanos y franceses ya no es tan secreto…

¿Cuál ha sido el papel de los servicios secretos ?

En realidad, el asunto libio no empezó en febrero en Benghazi, sino en París el 21 de octubre de 2010. Según revelaciones del periodista Franco Bechis (Libero, 24 de marzo), fue ese día cuando los servicios secretos franceses prepararon la revuelta de Benghazi. Hicieron “volver” (o tal vez ya anteriormente) a Nuri Mesmari, jefe del protocolo de Gadafi, prácticamente su brazo derecho. El único que entraba sin llamar en la residencia del guía libio. En un viaje a París con toda su familia para una operación quirúrgica, Mesmari no se encontró con ningún médico, al contrario, tuvo encuentros con varios funcionarios de los servicios secretos franceses y con próximos colaboradores de Sarkozy, según el boletín digital Magreb Confidential.

El 16 de noviembre, en el hotel Concorde Lafayette, habría preparado una imponente delegación que debía viajar dos días más tarde a Benghazi. Oficialmente se trataba de responsables del ministerio de Agricultura y de dirigentes de las firmas France Export Céréales, France Agrimer, Louis Dreyfus, Glencore, Cargill y Conagra. Pero según los servicios italianos, la delegación incluía también a varios militares franceses camuflados en hombres de negocios. En Benghazi se encontraron con Abdallah Gehani, un coronel libio al que Mesmari les había presentado como dispuesto a desertar.

A mediados de diciembre, Gadafi, desconfiando, envía un emisario a París para intentar contactar con Mesmari. Pero es arrestado en Francia. Otros libios van de visita a París el día 23 de diciembre y son ellos los que van a dirigir la revuelta de Benghazi con las milicias del coronel Gehani. Además, Mesmari reveló cantidad de secretos de la defensa libia. De todo esto resulta que la revuelta en el Este no fue tan espontánea como se nos ha dicho. Pero esto no es todo. No sólo fueron los franceses…

¿Quién dirige actualmente las operaciones militares del “Consejo nacional Libio” anti-Gadafi ? Un hombre justamente llegado de EE UU el 14 de marzo, según Al-jazzira. Presentado como una de las dos “estrellas” de la insurrección libia por el diario británico de derechas Daily Mail, Khalifa Hifter es un antiguo coronel del ejército libio pasado por EE UU. Fue uno de los principales comandantes de Libia hasta la desastrosa expedición al Chad a finales de los 80 ; emigró inmediatamente a EE UU y vivió los últimos veinte años en Virginia. Sin ninguna fuente de ingresos conocida, pero a muy poca distancia de las oficinas… de la CIA. El mundo es un pañuelo.

¿Cómo puede un alto militar libio entrar con toda tranquilidad en EE UU unos años después del atentado terrorista de Lockerbie, por el que Libia fue condenada, y vivir durante veinte años tranquilamente al lado de la CIA ? Por fuerza tuvo que ofrecer algo a cambio. Publicado en 2001, el libro Manipulations africaines de Pierre Péan, traza las conexiones de Hifter con la CIA y la creación, con el apoyo de la misma, del Frente Nacional de Liberación Libio. La única hazaña del susodicho frente será la organización en 2007, en EE UU, de un “congreso nacional” financiado por el National Endowment for Democracy, tradicionalmente el mediador de la CIA para engrasar a las organizaciones al servicio de EE UU…

En marzo de este año, en fecha no comunicada, el presidente Obama firmó una orden secreta que autoriza a la CIA a emprender operaciones en Libia para derrocar a Gadafi. El Wall Street Journal, que informa de ello el 31 de marzo, añade : “Los responsables de la CIA reconocen haber estado activos en Libia desde hacía varias semanas, al igual que otros servicios secretos occidentales”.

Todo esto ya no es muy secreto, circula por internet desde hace algún tiempo ; lo que es extraño es que los grandes medios no hayan dicho ni palabra. Sin embargo se conocen muchos ejemplos de “combatientes de la libertad” armados de este modo y financiados por la CIA. Por ejemplo, en los años 80, las milicias terroristas de la contra, organizadas por Reagan para desestabilizar Nicaragua y derrocar su gobierno progresista. ¿Nada se ha aprendido de la Historia ? Esta “Izquierda” europea que aplaude los bombardeos ¿no utiliza internet ?

¿Habrá que extrañarse de que los servicios secretos italianos ‘delaten’ así las hazañas de sus compañeros franceses y que estos ‘delaten’ a sus colegas americanos ? Eso sólo si se cree en historias bonitas sobre la amistad entre “aliados occidentales”. Ya hablaremos…

Anyway, one thing is certain : the Libyan scenario is different the Tunisian or Egyptian scenarios. Over there, there were "united people against a tyrant”. Here, with part of the population supporting Qaddafi, we are in a civil war. And in this civil war, the role played by U.S. and French secret services is no longer so secret…

What was the role of secret services ?



In fact, the Libyan case didn’t start in February in Benghazi, but in Paris October 21st, 2010. According to the revelations of Italian journalist Franco Bechis (Libero, 24th of March) it is that day that the French secret service had prepared the revolt of Benghazi. Officially, this delegation included officials of the Ministry of Agriculture and leaders of the following firms : France Export Céréales, Agrimer France, Louis Dreyfus, Glencore, Cargill and Conagra. But according to the Italian services, the delegation also included several French soldiers disguised as businessmen. In Benghazi, they would meet Gehan Abdallah, a Libyan colonel who is ready to desert, according to Mesmari.
In mid-December, Gaddafi, suspicious, sent an emissary to Paris to try to contact Mesmari, but France arrests him. Other Libyans came visiting Paris on December 23rd, and it is them who will lead the revolt in Benghazi with the militia of Colonel Gehan. Especially as Mesmari provided many secrets to the French about the Libyan defense. From all this, it is clear that the revolt in the east is not as spontaneous as we’ve been told. But that's not all, It's not just the French ...


Who now runs the military operations of the "Libyan National Council" anti-Qaddafi ? A man who just arrived from the USA on the 14th of March, according to Al Jazeera. Described as one of the two "stars" of the Libyan uprising by the right oriented British newspaper Daily Mail, hift Khalifa is a former colonel in the Libyan army, who was in the United States. He was among the main military commanders of Libya until the disastrous expedition in Chad in the late 80s. He emigrated after that to the USA and lived in Virginia for the last twenty year. Without any known source of income, but at a small distance from the offices of... the CIA.

The world is small.
 How a top Libyan military can enter the United States in peace, a few years after the Lockerbie terrorist attack, for which Libya has been condemned, and live peacefully for twenty years next to the CIA ? He necessarily had to offer something in exchange. Published in 2001, the book “African Manipulations” by Pierre Péan retraces the connections of Hitler with the CIA and the creation, with the support of the latter, the Libyan National Liberation Front. The only achievement of the said Front will be the organization in 2007, in the USA, of a "National Convention" funded by the National Endowment for Democracy  traditional intermediary of the CIA, often used to reward organizations who serve the United States ...


In March this year to a date not disclosed, Obama signed a secret order authorizing the CIA to conduct operations in Libya to overthrow Gaddafi. The Wall Street Journal, which recounts this March 31, adds : "The CIA officials acknowledge that they have been active in Libya for several weeks, like other Western services.”. 


All this is no longer top secret, it appeared since a while on the Internet, and what is surprising is that the mainstream media didn’t even mention it. However, we have already seen many examples of "freedom fighters" as well armed and financed by the CIA. For example, in the 80's, the terrorist militia contras, set up by Reagan to destabilize and overthrow Nicaragua's progressive government. Didn’t we learn anything from history ? Doesn’t this "left" European who is applauding the bombing use the Internet ?
Is it any wonder that the Italian services denounce like this the exploits of their French colleagues and that they denounce then their U.S. colleagues ?

Only if one believes the stories about the friendship between "Western allies." We will talk about it...
